It seems some people have been saying that the quota/ number of seats going into the match has changed recently for some programs. How true is this? My ROL isn;t too long but no changes there, so I was wondering if its true or not. If anyone has noticed changes after the 31st Jan deadline let us know which program and how the positions changed.Thanks.
