HI ALL, I have a question about post-match outcomes. Do the program directors know where the applicants who they have put on their lists end up with? Do they really care? thnx!

Don't tell more than 1 program you're ranking them #1 - residency & PDs know each other & it's not a good start to your career. If you want to tell more than 1 program something, tell them you're ranking them in top 3 (if that's what you're doing).

to be honest it doesnt matter...theyre ranking so many people and at the end of the Match they wont even care theyre too busy to concern themselves over where others matched. All they care about is the new class of residents that will be joining them.
