well it was a 20 min case and my simulation time went on for 11 days with no improvement .. the case ended with nothing being solved with the same chief complaint remaining .. so yea im pretty sure i didn't score that case

I was clueless of 8/12 cases and totally mismanaged 4 cases that I am sure of and still got a very high score on step 3. I scored over 210 and CCS was slightly above borderline
