use of certain antidepression medications in patients with chronic pain?

I ended up with recalling of a couple:
-Pain modulation (serotoninergic rafe nuclei -> enkephalin-producing neurons in Raxed laminae 1-3 of medulla spinalis)
- Modulation of pain-related affect (serotoninergic, adrenergic neurons in limbic system, hypothalamus).
