Am unable to upload my LoR because LoRp says that it is not 8/11. The document is indeed 8/11 and I am at my wits end. Any suggestions or help is appreciated.

go to File->Properties of the LOR pdf file - there u'll finid info about the page size. That need to be reduced to 8/11
when you scan the document you should see an option to specify output size

This is probably why LoR writers do not want to upload letters for IMGs
Not user friendly seems like it

True.
But at the same time ERAS don't want to create headache for the PD's
When they print LOR, it should automatically fit in a standard A4 size paper..
