Had one more question, if patient is unastable and has profuse vaginal bleed ...do we first do conjugated estrogens or prbcs first....also if vag bleed is due to vwf and pt is unstable ...Archer says give Cryoppt ..but Fischer says F8 replacement..can someone pls clarify...thanks!
