Is there an advantage in taking step 3 in Connecticut? I am looking for a H1B visa in this years Match, ando so, I have to sit for step 3, but to which state do I register for? Is there any difference (between the nine which would accept my application)? For example, if I register for CT, and then enter to a program in NY, would that exam be of any value in my pusue of H1B visa? In it is, anyone knows what is the procedure?
