i fixed my exam date in september,but i am not prepared for the exam,i want to extend my eligibility period,anyone can please tell me how to do it?
in IWA i am clicking request to extend my eligibility period but i am finding an error message.anyone of u please help me.

Cancel your appointment with prometric. Call ECFMG and say about the error msg
