Interview: Midland Michigan Family med 4 year program

Anyone know why this program is a 4 year residency or what the benefits of a 4 year residency are?

Some kind of pilot program it seems. Does it make sense? Your colleagues are making 200k as attendings while you are stuck with a 60k stipend on your fourth year Smile i would still rather take it than go unmatched

@u_mad_bro: hey man, how did the Jamaica interview go? Would you recommend a hotel?

0 - ArchivalUser - 12-15-2014

@mapster- I got a hotel last minute and I don't recommend doing that. Cost me $71/night at a Ramada in Richmond hills area. Used Priceline. Overall I felt the interview went fairly well. Unexpected panel interview structure. Residents seemed nice and real. No medical questions asked, just basic stuff to get to know you.
