you people from egypt are very lucky, you have a whole community of american egyptian doctors who help their egyptian colleagues trough this website: www.eamtar.com
I am a moroccan medical student, and this site has helped me a lot and you will find a lot of egyptian residents, attendings even PDs in USA.
