have u asked ur prog if they r willing to wait for ur step 3 result and then start processing H1?

Thanks for your reply to my queries on step 3.
No I haven't talked to my program abt that. I haven't received the contract yet.
I am assuming that it should be ok as I can do premium processing when my result comes out (which hopefully I'll pass). In the meantime we can work on the state license, although I don't know the details how it works. Whats your plan?
Its more important to pass this exam, coz if we don't, we won't need to worry about whether we'll be late or on time for H1 processing, right?
