i have matched into advance child neurlogy but i have no peds prelim , called programs but no luck so far. If i do one year of basic neuroscience research that it counts as one year of trainning. can you please suggest me places where neuroscience research is approved

but you may not have the qualification to be considered to be accepted into these positions.

I personally think your best shot is the Columbia Univ Psychiatry Research Program mentioned by diverticulosis (which is self-funded), the psychiatry department has a lot research cross into neuroscience, specially in the area of molecular psychiatry. Do some research on the Columbia faculties and their research interest (the link I gave you listed one research at Columbia,once you get into the research program mentioned by diverticulosis, you may get into contact with the one listed on the link - the one says - Columbia University postdoctoral fellowship on Brain Stimulation). That may be your best option.
