Systolic murmurs : MR and Tricuspid Reg , aoric stenosis , mitral prolapse , ventricular septal defect Diastolics : mitral stenosis , aortic reg Continuos : PDA The complication of rheum fever is mitral stenosis . I learned the murmurs this way and it helped me a lot .....
