I don't know what to do next? Should I apply this year?
Studied MTB3, UW MCQ and CCS, and NBME 3. I don't know what else to study now. Please let me know what else are the helpful materials for step 3.

hi mymatch, sorry to hear that. What was your assessment score? Do you think you failed because of CCS or MCQs?
I took Kaplan live online, not sure how much it helped me as I took it in February and gave my exam in August, but there were residents taking the course with us who failed the first time, they thought the course was helpful. You can explore that option if you have extra money to spend. Not promoting kaplan here, just a thought.
If your scores on other steps are good enough, then def. apply this year and explain your failure on Step 3 during interview.

I got 191 in UWSA. I now know that I took a huge risk. I think I am weak in MCQ. I have high score in CCS.

sorry about that result...sure you will do well next time.
Do more MCQ, for online theory course, try Archer as it explains correlations very well with basic sciences and that's important on step 3 now, Do NBME self test also
