providence, DC has externship..need to do compul for 3 months...and it also has residency program with 7 positions..so competitive to get..
Sinai baltimore has clerkships
st.agnes, baltimore has observership of 500$..has residency..so good to do it there...
John hopkins has research internship of 3 months or so...
medstar union memorial hospital has observership..225$ for 2 weeks..hasresidency program..
apart from these..u have many privatelinics which pbly give obsies...

St Agnes no longer offers observership.
Sinai/Baltimore offers in GI and Orthopedics,
Providence should go in person and apply as soon as possible.

send an email requesting externship with ur CV , after ecfmg certified to externprovidence
They will respond if interested and will call u for an interview.
If u get in it is an excellent experience just like residency- internship.
