Do we need to produce any certificates such as experience certificate during interview, if we mentioned about something in the CV?

This typically never comes up during an interview.
My take: Have a strong understanding and knowledge of your application in its entirety and be knee jerk ready to discuss any component of your application. Make sure there are no confusions and clarify any disparity by communicating effectively and confidently.
Research the program intensively prior to interview day, if in doubt, call the study co-coordinator to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Finally: Hold your head high! You are a professional. Embrace your identity and remain focused at all times.
