Hi guys, I would like to know your opinion in my case, I am thinking in apply next year for 2018 match, I am old graduate 2004, AP residency in home country (India), six months of USCE in pathology, some publications in american path journals, and 3 LOR from US. Bad points very avarage scores (210s) in step 1 and 2ck, cs fail in first attempt, for spoken English only, I had a good TOEFL but my Indian accent is very thick. How do you see my case? I am planning in take the Step 3 before my application. How can I improve my accent to make it look more american?
