@egymed13 shouldn't stop you from ranking the place...but 10 k per yr? that's too low....you should aim for something between 20k and 40k.....the attendings will be there to lend a hand or even ur senior co-residents....

@egymed13 the pas will usually gross the smalls (if too much) or the biopsies but u get the big cases....they're actually pretty good..u can learn a lot from them

Thanks so much for your input. It's true, 10 K is very low. But, it's a small program with only 2 residents/year so it makes sense.

Hello Guys, I came late in this group.
This is my 3rd match, I haven't got any interview so for.
Yog 2006, Step1 215 (2nd attempt) Step2 207 Step2 CS (2nd attempt) Step3 201
Psychiatry USCE extern + obser 8 months. 4 psych USA LOR
Neurology USCE 4 months plus home country 3 months. 2 USA LOR 1 home country LOR Pathology extern in home country 4 months. Pathology 2 USA LOR plus 2 home country from chairman and professor of pathology.
Research in Psychiatry plus Pathology for 8 months in University program.
Publications total 9. (4 psych+ 2Neuro, + 3 medicine) national and international journal but doesn't have in Pubmed. one Poster presentation in Washington DC (author) Two Oral Presentation in California (coauthor). For next year I'll apply only in Pathology, and I have applied for MPH in Johns Hopkins, Mount Sinai, and Emory. I have been doing observership in pathology at Johns Hopkins since early December.
Is there any chance for me for next year? How should I do plan for Next year match? Any suggestion really appreciates. Thank you
