I just started an Pathology observership in a university based residency program. This information is not written in myERAS application. How can I update this information to the programs? Thank you very much for your suggestions guys.

once you have certified and submitted your application you won't be able to make changes to any other section besides the ersonal information section.

You can email them about it.
Eg.
Subject: Psychiatry residency application update- gblex
3 sentences about your update. Don't forget to thank the PC.
I think that is the most that you can do because, as what @residencyplz said, you can't change your CV anymore once it has been certified and submitted.
You should have done that observership before applying. Or you should have included that there if you knew you were gonna have an observership rotation.

Thanks for your advice, residencyplz and indu12345.
pathpath, I have done research for PIs for many years, helping them getting grants. Eventually one of them returned a favor to me by helping me find an observership.
