Thank you. Practice Ccs very well. I did all UW cases, UW readout cases, mapping, Archer Ccs, crush and Fred cases. Practice all cases from above resources on Fred software.

In the exam read history and physical exam results carefully. Some times a single patient can have two diff diagnosis. They will test whether you are addressing both conditions. If you don't read history and physical exam results carefully you may miss it. Some times by initial history you may think of one particular diagnosis, but if you read physical exam results or initial lab results case may turn out to be completely different. Out of 13 cases 2 or 3 cases will be like that. Good luck to you all.

were the ccs cases just like uworld or they had some funny difficult cases?

9 to 10 cases are regular cases, but few cases are hard. If you read carefully history, physical exam and lab results you may get some clues to broaden the difff diagnosis. If patient is not getting better relax for few secs and go back to history, physical and lab etc results to make sure you didn't miss any clue.

Some times you diagnose and treat the patient and you may think you are doing everything right to that patient, but patient may have other condition as well until you treat both the conditions patient may get better with respect to one particular condition, but still complains of other symptoms.By the grace of god I could diagnose all cases including 2-3 diff cases. I guess by managing those cases I got star in ccs. If you do all the cases from the resources that I mentioned above, you are more likely to manage almost all cases.
