27 yr old F comes to your office for health maintainace exam. She denies any complaints. She exercises daily, rarely drinks alcohol, smokes 1 pack of cigarette every 3 days. BP 110/76 HR=74, Physical and pelvic exam normal. She currently lives with her boyfriend and uses condoms for protection, but lately her boyfriend has been nagging her to go on 'the pill'.
