Biostats is my nightmare. what is the preparation plan for biostats and epidemiology. I have the UW. is that enough? is there anything else?

I know it is a night mare for me too. UW is good. you can add kaplan to it and words for the boards
A friend told me %50 of his day 1 questions were from biostats and epidemiology.
