hi ben leukocoria is white pupil.we worry bec in neonates it can be due to retinoblastoma which is considered an ophthal. emergency.
other causes are:congen cataract,toxoplasmosis,toxocara,coat's ds

Yes correct MCC is cong catracts and most dreaded implication is retinoblastoma.
