change of residency -

hello,
guys i got the residency spot in psychiatry in a small town on east coast donot want to go to that town this place sucks,
now can anyone suggest me if i can change my branch or city to some other place in the post match scramble or in first year or do i have to remain at this place for one year and then consider the shift.are there any legal implications someone suggested me that nobody bothers even if you change in postmatch.

i would really highly recommend for you to stay there for one year and the n you will have ( clinical experience) ... don't waste that chance... you don't know h feeling of unmatched..
