Hi,
will step 3 in november be too late?considering the fact that i am interested in obgyn.?will it affect the number of interview calls i get?

The number of interview calls u get might be (cant be sure) affected by the late Step 3 results if:

1. Your Step1/2 scores aren't good or u have more than 1 atempt, in which case the Step3 score might be good to improve your CV

2. If u want only H1 visa and dont want J1 (in which case, the programs might prefer ppl who've already passed thir Step3)

Having said that, one cannot be too sure, and maybe if ur other credentials are good enuf, the programs will definitely consider giving an interview call, since u wud have ur results by 3 weeks after the exam date (ie, b4 they submit their ROL) But dont hurry in giving the Step3 if u feel u r not prepared... try to give it at the earliest, but when u feel ready to face it.

Any other input, u guys?
