25 y asian amer comes for lactation suppression after the death of 1 month old infant. She complaint about breast fullness and tenderness. PE: both breast r warm, firm and tender. Antenatal records show mild varicosities. BNSM:
a. Frequent emptying of breast
b. Tight fitting bra and ice packs
c. Estrogen
d. Antibiotics
e. Bromocriptine

diagnosis is breast engorgement and it is managed by
* tight fitting bra and ice packs
* or by partial emptying of breast so that mild pressure is there which will decrease milk production and decrease pain of extreme engorgement

NSAIDS may be used with both forms.

There is no consensus about which treatment is better but choice "A" is wrong in as it states frequent emptying of breast will only empty it completely without generating pressure to stop milk production.

So Primary b/c of Rf and size of mass 1 cm. In what situation do you use FNC?
