i also think pompe's disease. generalized hypotonia, heart is weak. hepatomegaly like storage disorder. it is pompes disease.

u can eliminate last two by history alone not boutilism no honey history and no anticholinergic effect too. and definitely not vsd.

for taysachs u have GM2 gangliosidosis so GM1 is something else but that wont present like it

congenital muscular hypotonia does not present with heart muscle weakness. they present with proximal muscle weakness.
