IMG Stipends - proton

Hi everybody.

I know (or I've heard) that IMGs are also supposed get paid monthly during their residencies.

My questions are:

(1) Do they pay IMGs for transitional and preliminary years too?
(2) Do they pay the same amount of money than US graduates?
