I think UW will help. FA is good, but UW is good too. It has more cases, and a useful Physical examination video clips too. They are a good pair of study materials.

At the beginning I chose one of the most complicated cases and I felt very bad. Thanks to usmleforum friends I switched to abdominal pain case and then proceeded with others. UW and FA are similar and good I think. GL.
