This is a VERY rare AR d/o of glycine(non-es aa)metabolism.Presents with:
.Seizure, MR
.infection b/c of low wbc

sorry guys abt wrong typo-correct answer is D...nonketotic hyperglycinemia.Nonketotic hyperglycinemia. Glycine accumulation due to absence of glycine cleavage in brain.
