Is it a good idea to apply with only two LORs? And then send the 3rd LOR whenever I have it probaly at the end of this month. Please........... help!!

yes u can do that, but if u have a third lor (filler lor) that u can send right now, u should do that.
That would make ur application look complete and wont stop intervies from coming,
