i had the opportunity to work in a community hosp and also a university one and to tell u the truth they are diff as chalk and cheeze...so its a difficult choice for me personally to let go a uni prog just for an h1.......

Aphro...this year don't expect anyone to wait....i maybe the one to intvw after u))
If you donot want to specialise- H1+good comm hosp. is better than J1+mod uni hosp(Most uni hosp.go to match, prematch only if u are exceptional) Life during waiver is not the best thing after training hard. Most of the time u do primary care in a crappy place(in bad school districts if u have fmly) where u eventually settle becoz u have spent 3 yrs. Worth a serious thought guys...
