i m not sure...there r some visa issues and it depends what hospital ur joining..this is what i have heard

if you play tennis in your spare time, you shd get invited.
if you've ever won the Wimbledon tournament, you get to prematch, plus any fellowship of your choice...hehehehe))

but seriously, they sponsor visas.
