about teh orignial questions, I did choice V/Q scan. sometime UW tells you that you should make a diagnosis first, sometimes UW tells you treat first. it all depends on the severtiy of the disease. I am not good at it.

I think here u have to decode whether to heparinize or throbolyse. Thats why the answr is probbly Echocardiography
