depends on what country u hail from and what specialty u r pursuing.but overall yes, it should be easier, if u still remain in the "graduation within last ... years" category and if u r willing to redo all the residency stuff over and over again.

thank you for reply I am from Israel. Finished studies last year. get 99 in step 1 and 2 CK Still dont know the result of CS. I need H1 visa and residency in USA. Prefer pediatrics. Do you think I have a chance? thank you Julia

hey juliakarins, your creds and backround is just perfect. I am from Europe, a PD told me that countries like Europeans and Israel are not exactly considered as foreign as some other countries are. You even now have a very good chance. Try Mount Sinai hospitals and big university hospitals like Johns Hopkins. Your scores are already way too much for pediatrics. Good luck,,,
