1. level of obstructive in apnea is at the pharynx (usually at palate level)
2. aspirin is an uncoupler agent( which mean it give off heat as energy is lost)
3. cyanide block Complex 4
4. misopristol is given to prevent Nsaids induced, tox diarrhea
