a 55yr old man is admitted to the hosp bcoz of progressive shortness of breath for 10 days. He has a hx of chronic venous stasis and DVT. He has been treated with warfarin since he had several PE for 2yrs. He takes no meds now. He has smoked 2 packs of cigarettes daily for 30yrs. He weighs 109 kg and is 165cm tall. Exam shows no JVD. Echo is most likely to show
