a 52 yr old woman g3p3 comes to the physician bcoz of irregular bleeding over the past 2 months . she has hypertension treated with enalapril and type 2 DM tx by diet menopause occurred 2 yrs ago . her maternal aunt had breast ca at the age of 70yrs. The patient weighs 88kg and is 160cm tall. Exam shows no other abn. And endometrial bioposy shows endometrial ca. most predisposding factor to this condition in this patient is
