A 32-year-old woman - malak

A 32-year-old woman has noticed an increase in hair on her face, chest, abdomen, and back. In addition, her voice has become lower and coarser. She states the onset has been rapid over the past 6 months. She denies any family history of similar complaints. Her menstrual periods are now irregular. On physical examination you confirm the increased generalized body hair. On pelvic examination her escutcheon is male pattern with prominent enlargement of her clitoris. Bimanual pelvic examination reveals a normal vagina, uterus, and adnexa, without pelvic masses.
