I have heard that if One has passed STEP3 and is fine with other credentials than his/her signs of getting prematch increase significantly.Why it is so?

harry99, having gone through majority of your posts on this forum as well as on other forums, it seems that you dont think but you just ask others.
I have found something unusual and odd about one of your posts.... in one of your posts you asked others to rank your programs and when someone else asked to rank his/her program you ranked them for him/her.
Try to think why ones chances for prematch improve when they have step3 ready.

i think it's more true esp if one needs visa. A PD in NYC program asked me when i am gonna take step 3 even though i dont ahve visa issue and his justification was
"I dont want my residents have difficulty passing step 3 while working here."
