Cadiac cirrhosis is produced by chronic venous congestion in the liver, secondary to right heart failure. Usually cor pulmonale. This congestion produces ischemia and necrosis, and the consequent cirrhosis.

Does anybody know what zone of the lobule is most affected? I am not sure if it is III or I.

Thanks,

A
