2 and 3 are first bcoz they are full unis (and u dont want visa to be figured into the equation)
1 lower than 4 bcoz u will get to do more research at 4 as the program is less strenous so u have better shot at outhouse too in case u dont get inhouse
5 and 6 are average - u can pick between them anyway u like. i put 6 above bcoz of jhu - maybe u cud do rotations and get better lors there.
