Pain in right shoulder while coughing. - vohra

I am having cough for 1 week now. there is no fever or any expectoration. there was never pain in right shoulder until I woke up today morning and noticed it.

so every time I cough now,right shoulder hurts.

Does anyone knows about it. thanks.

sounds like referred pleuritic pain. Cause......dont know????I would guess sub-clinical infection.

viral synovitis... anlagesia and rest.

viral/clamydial/mycoplasma infection/hypersensitivity cough due to the recent infection/allergy--->severe dry cough---->minor rib fracture or a minor costochondral separation due to severe cough (common in young people with severe cough)
