Answer is C...
Renal Artery stenosis is an eg of secondary hyperaldosteronism (incr. AT 2 levels and increas. GFR)
So Capto will decrease this... and so the renal function... Hence, we need to monitor renal function when we give ACE inhi in RA stenosis cases... especially bilateral.
