even i need to apply for MI license, where did u match?
PC told me i need some documents sighned frm my med school and thw whole peocess takes 6 weeks...

yes, you have to pay $720 and the documents from your medical school has to be sent directly to state license office.

can we apply for H1B without getting the licence in hand as that takes abt 6 weeks..

no. you have to wait for license, if you are short of time, take premium way for H1B, pay $1000 for it to get H1B in 2 wks. I do not remember exactly the payment. ask your program.ask your attorney to apply for 3 year H1b although some program may offer 1 year contract initially.

some body mentioned form 1-94 copy is required when you apply for state licence.
my qestion is...

as i live in canada ,every time i traveled to usa (on B1 visa)1-94 issued for 1 month only.
now i dont have any 1-94 .
do i have to go to usa to get 1-94?or it will be ok with out that.
