4 drugs produce 4 therapeutic effect by the same mechanism.but each has unique toxicity. When used in maximal effective therapeutic dose, the drugs with which of the following characteristics is most likely to have highest incidence of toxicity?

Median eff. dose, Toxic dose(1)/effective dose(99)

Hello?? Is there anybody in there ???

I will chose 2, assume the Toxic dose(1)/effective dose(99)=TI, the smaller, the easier to get toxic.

Isn't TI Toxic dose (50)/ Effective dose (50 )

toxicity dose and therapeutic dose ranges overlap will make the drug more prone to toxicity. i also think B ?

Yes, TI is Toxic dose (50)/ Effective dose (50 ).
I don't know what Toxic dose(1)/effective dose(99) mean here.
