if u finished the exam & have the score report date announced on the oasis, if u tried to reapply for the step u finished its exam & the system refused your apply with a screen showing that u already passed this step, this means u passed the exam. Otherwise, if the system allows u to reapply, this means that u failed the exam, good luck.
ps: to do the trick u have to finish the exam & the scre date should be announced on the oasis.
