USE A CHAPERONE FOR THE TUBE (TOTALLY UNNECESSARY BREAST EXAM). WHEN YOU ARE AUSCULTATING DON'T FONDLE THE BREASTS OR CUP THEM. EXPLAIN TO THE PATIENT WHAT YOU ARE DOING. DONT SMILE LAUGH OR GIGGLE.

SPEAK TO THEM LIKE THEY ARE 4 YEAR OLDS. USE ENGLISH ONLY AND EXPLAIN TO THEM EVERYTHING IN NO JARGON SENTENCES.

ALWAYS INTRODUCE YOUR SELF EVEN IF THEY ARE IN PAIN. PERIODICALLY SMILE AND WINK TO THE CAMERA AND THE TWO WAY MIRROR TOO. ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE EXAMINING THE PATIENT, AND WINK AT THE CAMERA OR THE TWO WAY MIRROR. NEVER JUST DO IT AFTER THE EXAM.

OH YEAH IRON YOUR COAT, AND CLEAN THE SECRETIONS OFF OF THEM.
