pls tell me how is shaher's ccs cd; is it really helpful; is it better than usmle123 ccs cases; pls have input to it thanks

i have heard that shaher's cd is really great tool to prepare.It is better than anything else.I serached for it alot but unsuccessful.
I would really appreciate if you forward me the material enclosed in cd or just the link.
