Mandatory Reportable diseases ! - my2k

I'm using an old edition ( 2003 ) of Kaplan Behavioral Sciences, that says Chlamydia , Gonorrhea, Chicken pox and AIDS as # 1,2,3,4 reportable mandatory diseases. I m in a panic right now coz I remember viewing some comments about this topic in the forum a few days back... according to which most of the people agreed b/w Gonorrhea and AIDS as # 1 .( In some states AIDS, otherwise Gonorrhea) I want to ask if someone else is using the old notes too and has come across some major changes in the content of the chapters..like this one.

Can anyone please correct this order as well? That will really help.
